1. When the LED light strips emits light, a large amount of electric energy is converted into heat energy and consumed, so it will generate heat, but as long as the temperature of the lamp strip does not exceed 60°C, it is a normal phenomenon.

2. The high design current will also cause heating of the LED light bar, and the service life of the light bar will be shortened. Limiting the current can reduce heat generation but the brightness will also be reduced.

3. The mismatch between the power supply and the light strip will also cause the LED light bar to become hot. If the power supply can only provide 50W and the light strip needs 60W, or the 24V light bar uses a 12V power supply, the power of the light bar will be doubled. After the brightness is increased, the light bar will quickly heat up and damage the LED light.
